These conditions govern access to and use of Collin County Criminal History. Visiting a page, reading its content, or submitting a query means the visitor accepts these terms. Anyone who does not agree should discontinue use of the website.

NO FCRA USE. This privately operated website is not connected with Collin County, Texas, or any other government body. Neither it nor its advertising partners supplies a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or other decisions regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The website is a records-resource reference, not a private investigator or consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or files documents for a visitor.

Its function is to identify official Collin County sources, such as the sheriff and criminal court clerks, alongside the Texas Department of Public Safety and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect to independently operated tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of the website is conditioned on the following restrictions. A visitor must not:

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as far as necessary.
